Construction The housing of the valve is constructed of hot forged brass type CuZn39Pb2. The diaphragm is constructed of hydrogenated nitril rubber. The internal components consist of brass, stainless steel, and various PTFE based thermo plastic materials. The remaining seals are either EPDM or NBR.
